MedDRG ("เรา") ให้บริการนำส่งไฟล์ข้อมูลสำหรับหน่วยบริการ นโยบายนี้อธิบายข้อมูลที่เราเข้าถึง วิธีใช้ และสิทธิ์ของท่าน This policy explains what data MedDRG accesses, how it is used, and your rights.

1. ข้อมูลที่เราเข้าถึง / Data we access

• Google Drive (สิทธิ์ drive.file เท่านั้น): เข้าถึงได้เฉพาะไฟล์ที่ท่านเลือกผ่าน Google Picker หรือไฟล์ที่แอปสร้างเอง เราไม่สามารถเห็นหรือเข้าถึงไฟล์อื่นใน Drive ของท่าน — Google Drive, drive.file scope only: access limited to files you explicitly pick or files created by the app. We cannot see any other files in your Drive.
• ไฟล์ที่ท่านอัปโหลด และข้อมูลการอัปโหลด (ชื่อไฟล์ ขนาด เวลา สถานะ) — Files you upload and upload metadata (name, size, time, status).

2. วิธีการใช้ข้อมูล / How we use data

• จัดเก็บไฟล์ที่อัปโหลดไว้ในโฟลเดอร์แยกตามหน่วยบริการ ใน Google Drive ของผู้ดูแลโครงการ MedDRG — To store uploaded files in a per-facility folder in the MedDRG owner's Google Drive.
• คัดลอกไฟล์ที่ท่านเลือกจาก Drive ของท่านไปยังโฟลเดอร์ของหน่วยบริการ — To copy files you pick from your Drive into your facility folder.
• ส่งอีเมลยืนยันการอัปโหลดถึงผู้อัปโหลดและผู้ดูแล — To send upload confirmation emails to the uploader and the owner.
• เพื่อการตรวจสอบและวิเคราะห์ DRG ตามวัตถุประสงค์ของโครงการเท่านั้น — Solely for DRG review and analysis under the pilot.

3. การไม่ขายหรือเปิดเผยข้อมูล / No sale or sharing

เราไม่ขาย ไม่ให้เช่า และไม่แบ่งปันข้อมูลของท่านแก่บุคคลภายนอก ไม่ใช้เพื่อการโฆษณา ยกเว้นกรณีที่กฎหมายกำหนด We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties or use it for advertising, except where required by law.

4. การปฏิบัติตาม Limited Use / Limited Use disclosure

MedDRG's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not allow humans to read it except with your consent, for security, or to comply with law, and do not use it to train generalized AI/ML models.

5. ความปลอดภัย / Security

6. การเก็บรักษา / Retention

เราเก็บไฟล์และข้อมูลไว้ตลอดระยะเวลาโครงการนำร่อง หรือเท่าที่จำเป็นตามวัตถุประสงค์และกฎหมาย แล้วจึงลบ We retain files and data for the duration of the pilot or as needed for its purpose and legal obligations, then delete them.

7. การขอลบข้อมูล / Deletion requests

ท่านสามารถขอเข้าถึงหรือลบข้อมูลได้ทางอีเมล medwrw@gmail.com เราจะดำเนินการภายใน 30 วัน และท่านยกเลิกสิทธิ์ของแอปได้ที่ myaccount.google.com/permissions Request access or deletion by emailing medwrw@gmail.com; we act within 30 days. You can revoke app access at any time via your Google Account permissions.

8. ข้อมูลสุขภาพ / PHI / Health data & PHI

ในช่วงทดลอง (trial) โปรดอย่าอัปโหลดข้อมูลที่ระบุตัวผู้ป่วยได้ (PHI) หรือข้อมูลสุขภาพที่ละเอียดอ่อนโดยไม่จำเป็น ใช้ข้อมูลจำลองหรือข้อมูลที่ถูกทำให้ไม่ระบุตัวตนเท่านั้น เว้นแต่มีข้อตกลงเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรกับผู้ดูแลโครงการ During the trial, do not upload identifiable patient health information (PHI) or unnecessary sensitive clinical data. Use synthetic or de-identified data only, unless you have a written agreement with the project owner.
